Animal care, transparently tracked

One record for the farm and the customer.

Charvaha keeps identity, health, weight, vaccinations, and photos together. Farms update the animals they raise. Customers follow the ones registered to their phone — including when the barn has no signal.

Two roles, one record

Farms keep the history. Customers see the animals linked to their number.

Health in plain view

Healthy, sick, and quarantine status sit beside weight and photos.

Works offline

Farms can record care without a signal. Pending work syncs later.

Checked handovers

Onboarding, transfer, and handover ask for a one-time phone code.

Features

The herd, written down properly.

Built for day-to-day farm work: who the animal is, how it is doing, and who is allowed to see that.

Farm home

Active animals, updates that are due, animals that are sick or in quarantine, breed mix, and animals already handed to a customer.

Animal identity

Species, breed, sex, physical tag, name, opening weight, height, photos, and the customer phone the animal belongs to.

Care updates

Scheduled check-ins every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days, with weight, notes, and photos so the history stays current.

Vaccinations

A dated vaccination history on the animal, kept with the rest of the record instead of a separate notebook.

Handover

When an animal moves to its customer, a one-time code confirms the step. The customer then follows that animal in their own account.

Farm profile

A public farm name, description, and gallery that linked customers can open, without exposing the rest of the herd.

How it works

From the first tag to the customer’s home screen.

01

Onboard the animal

The farm adds the record: tag, breed, owner phone, photos, and opening measurements. Sensitive steps are confirmed with a one-time code.

02

Keep the care current

Weight, health, quarantine, and vaccinations are added on the farm’s schedule. If the network drops, the update stays on the device until it can sync.

03

Share it with the owner

A customer account shows the animals registered to that phone number, across the farms that keep them, with weight and photos over time.

Who it is for

Farms manage. Customers follow.

The same animal, two views. Each person sees only what their role allows.

Farm

Manage animals and farm updates.

  • Dashboard for the herd: due updates, health, breeds, and handovers.
  • Full animal history, including an audit trail of changes.
  • Offline recording with encrypted storage on the device.
  • Gallery and profile that customers of the farm can open.

Customer

Track your animals across farms.

  • Home view of animals linked to your phone number.
  • Weight trend, breed mix, health, and the latest photos.
  • Each farm’s public profile, without the rest of that farm’s herd.

Weight over time, as a customer sees it. Sample line only.

Care of the data

Limited to the people the record is for.

Charvaha is a record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not sell farm or customer information. Health fields describe animals, not people.

Farms that keep livestock records, and the customers who own animals on those farms. Goats are the core of the product. The app also records sheep, buffalo, camel, horse, poultry, and a few other species a farm may keep.

No. A customer sees animals registered to their phone number, plus the farm profile and gallery the farm has published. Other animals on that farm stay with the farm account.

A farm can keep working offline. Pending records and photos are encrypted on the device and upload when a connection returns. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it removes those local copies.

No. Charvaha stores the care notes, weights, and vaccination dates you enter. Decisions about treatment belong with you and a qualified veterinarian.

No. Information is used to run the app: accounts, the records you enter, and showing those records to the farm and the linked customer. Details are in the privacy policy.
