The service

Charvaha is a record of animal care for farms and their customers. Farms enter identity, health, weight, vaccination, and photo history. Customers see the animals linked to their phone number and the farm profile that farm has published.

The Android app is published as com.charvaha.app. This website explains the product and how to reach us. It does not create an account by itself.

Accounts

You need an account to use the app. Give a real name, email, and phone number, and choose the role that matches how you use Charvaha: farm or customer. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

A farm account is for the people who keep that farm’s animals. A customer account is for the person whose phone number is on those animal records. Do not create an account in someone else’s name.

Records you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you add. Charvaha stores them and shows them to the farm that created them and, where the product allows, to the customer linked by phone number.

Do not upload photos or notes you do not have the right to share. Do not put a person’s private medical information into an animal record. Health fields are for animals.

Not veterinary advice

Charvaha does not diagnose animals, prescribe treatment, or replace a veterinarian. Weights, quarantine flags, and vaccination dates are the notes you record. Decisions about care are yours.

Offline use

A farm may save updates while offline. Those copies stay on that device, encrypted, until they can sync. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes local copies that have not been uploaded. A record is not on the shared history until it has synced.

Acceptable use

• Use Charvaha for genuine farm and customer records.
• Do not try to open another account’s animals, passwords, or sessions.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or overload it.
• Do not use the app to mislead a customer about an animal’s identity, health, or ownership.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused.

Privacy

How information is collected and protected is described in the Privacy Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Charvaha reliable. The app and website can be interrupted for maintenance, connectivity, or causes outside our control. Offline mode is there so a farm can keep recording during a gap, not as a guarantee that every device will sync.

The website

Pages on this site are for information. The contact form opens your own email app. It does not send or store the message on the website. Product illustrations use sample figures and are not live farm data.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date on this page will change. Continuing to use Charvaha after that date means you accept the updated terms.
